Price Estimating & Analysis

• We research all the material items, venues, outside assistance, and other expenses that will be required for each event.  We research multiple sources to compare prices (mainly to find the best available price for our client’s) 
• We provide an estimate of the cost of the entire event, for our client’s to have a better understanding of what it will take to host a successful event.
• We contact venue owners to see if they can accommodate our client’s with specific needs
• We prepare a demographic breakdown of our client’s event using charts and graphs
• We give an estimate of clients revenue after expenses
